Installation and use of the Eccotemp L10 Portable Tankless Water Heater above 2000 feet may affect overall product efficiency and performance.

For any reason you may return new, unopened items for a full refund of the original purchase price 30 days from the consumer purchase date. If opened, items must be in their original packaging with all original included accessories. Used items may be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item cannot be sold as new. Customer is responsible for all shipping related costs of the returned item. Please contact customer service at support@homesteadnecessities.com to request an RGA. If an item is refused or not deliverable the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the purchased price.
